<br />CASE 16: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW; CASE OF MR. RICHARD SYBRANT <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Sybrant is requesting sketch plan review of his proposed <br />subdivision of 40 acres located east of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and <br />immediately north of Central Park. Access to the plat will be from <br />Armstrong Blvd. N.W. Mr. Sybrant is proposing 15 single family <br />residential lots in the plat. All the lots will be accessed by a series of <br />cul-de-sacs with one outlet to Armstrong Boulevard. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Section 170.03 of the City Code limits the maximum length of cul-de-sacs <br />to 600 feet; the proposed cul-de-sacs exceed this.
