<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 2, <br />1988 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by <br />Mr. Tom Guyer for a wild animal license to keep two black bears <br />on the property generally known as 15408 Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />described as follows: Commencing at a point 165.2 feet West <br />of the Northeast corner thereof then Soutb 17 degrees 50 <br />minutes West 220.5 feet then South 20 degrees West 214.0 <br />feet to the point of beginning (said point of beginning <br />being on or near the centerline of County Road No. 57) then <br />West parallel with the North line thereof 394 feet then <br />Soutb at right angles 204 feet then East at right angles <br />parallel with Nortb line of said Soutbwest Quarter of the <br />Nortbwest Quarter to tbe centerline of County Road No. 57 <br />then Northeasterly along said centerline to tbe point of <br />beginning. Except road. Subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend tbe hearing and <br />comment on tbe wild animal license request. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowtben Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, 55303.
