<br />CASE 112: <br /> <br />INFORMATION ITEMS <br /> <br />1. On January 12, 1988 the City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a. Approved a request for a conditional use permit to establish a <br />bituminous asphalt plant in the I-I Industrial District as <br />requested by Commercial Asphalt Company; <br /> <br />b. Scbeduled an election for April 19, 1988 to consider the zoning <br />ordinance for Gateway North Industrial Airport and to consider <br />establishing a volunteer fire department; <br /> <br />c. Approved a request for preliminary plat approval of Flintwood Hills <br />5th Addition proposed by Mr. Dick Carson; and <br /> <br />d. Adopted the 1988 budget. <br /> <br />2. On January 14, 1988 the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed <br />a draft ordinance regulating where snowmobiles may be operated (not on <br />private property and not on maintained boulevards). <br /> <br />3. On January 26, 1988 the City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a. Approved the final plat of Ford Brook Estates 3rd Addition as <br />requested by Gerald Bauer; <br /> <br />b. Ordered the preparation of plans and specifications for the <br />extention of sewer and water in Front Street N.W. from Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard N.W. to Tungsten Street N.W.; and <br /> <br />c. Adopted an emergency interim ordinance regulating the use of <br />snowmobiles. <br /> <br />'710 <br />
