Mr. Sauer <br />stated that there are 30 asphalt mixing plants in the metro area; 2/3 of <br />them have been located near residential settings for 30 years; PCA has <br />standards and regulations that are being upgraded constantly; asphalt is <br />needed for development. Commissioner Howell stated that he feels this <br />Commission has more than met the criteria for approvOng the conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
