<br />Mr. Hartley stated that he will report back to Council with the reasons for <br />doubling up of insurance premiums deductions from their paychecks; the city <br />has two years to apply for a refund of SAC charges and the city is in the <br />process of figuring the amount of refund due. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
