<br />C~e 1:;;- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING EMPLOYEE STATUS AND RATE OF PAY <br />FOR CERTIN EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />Whereas, Kathleen Johnson was hired by the City of Ramsey on February 1, <br />1988 as Receptionist and has received a confirming review from the <br />City Administrator to end the initial new employee probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br />Whereas, Jennifer Swendson was hired by the City of Ramsey on February 9, <br />1988 as Accounting Clerk and has received a confirming review from the <br />City Administrator to end the initial new employee probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the performance of Anne Norris, Community Development Director has <br />been reviewed in relation to the City of Ramsey pay structure and.it <br />has been .determined that an adjustment in the rate of pay is justified <br />to reflect the performance of Ms Norris and an equitable rate of pay <br />for the position of Community Development Director. <br /> <br />Now Therefore Be It Resolved by the City Council of Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />that: <br /> <br />1. Kathleen Johnson, Receptionist is hereby recognized as a "regular <br />full-time" employee and shall receive $6.60 per hour effective June 4, <br />1988. <br /> <br />2. Jennifer Swendson, Accounting Clerk is hereby recognized as a "regular <br />full-time" employee and shall receive $8.06 per hour effective June 4, <br />1988. <br /> <br />3. The rate of pay for Anne Norris as Community Development Director shall <br />be adjusted on the following dates and following a confirming <br />performance review by the City Administrator. <br /> <br />June 4, 1988 <br />January 1, 1989 <br />July 1, 1989 <br />January 1, 1990 <br /> <br />a rate of $32,500 per year <br />a rate of $33,500 per year <br />a rate of $34,500 per year <br />a rate of $35,500 per year <br /> <br />4. The rates listed above shall be adjusted in accordance with other <br />salary policies as adopted by the City Council. <br />
