Vernal Weaver, hereinafter referred to as "Developer," <br />has properly applied for plat approval of the minor subdivision of the <br />following descri.l:ed pro:p:rty located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the West 825 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 18, ~ship 32, Range 25, lying North fo <br />the South 633.50 feet thereof except the road subject to easement of <br />record. <br /> <br />which plat is kncwn as WEAVER ADDITION, hereinafter knCMn as "plat,"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 170.0317 of the Ramsey City Code, the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recomrrenoed approval of the proposeo <br />plat on May 11, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat on June 9, 1988 and recommended that the City's park <br />dedication requirements be satisfied with <br /> <br />NCl'1 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, . <br />ANCI<A CCUNl'Y, SI'ATE OF MINNESOXA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That final approval of the plat of Weaver Addition is granted <br />contingent L1pon l-'.r.
