David Schulte, hereinafter referred to as "Developer," <br />has pro};erly applied for plat approval of the follo..;ing descril:€d property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />which plat is kncwn as QAKWCJCD HILLS, hereinafter kncwn as "plat, n; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to <br />Chapter 170.03 of the Ramsey City Code, held a public hearing on the <br />proposed plat on March 1, 1988, which hearing was duly published in the <br />City's legal newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant <br />to law; and <br /> <br />~, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at its regular <br />meeting en AprilS, 1988 recommended that the City Council grant <br />preliminary plat appproval of the plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat on April 7, 1988 and reconunended that the City acquire land <br />along the drainage ditch for a' future trail corridor; and <br /> <br />~, the City Council reviewed the Planning Commission's public <br />hearing and meeting minutes and Park and Recreation Commission's meeting <br />mint.~es, which minutes are incorporated as if fully set forth herein; and <br /> <br />WEEREAS, at a regular meeting on April 12, 1988, the Ramsey City <br />Council granted preliminary plat approval of the plat as reconuneded by the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />101 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />AN8KA CXXJNl'Y, STATE OF MINNESOrA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That final approval of the plat of O/ll<Hcm HILLS is hereby granted <br />co~tingent upon Mr. Schulte providing proof of marketable title for the <br />property to the City. <br /> <br />2. That variances for the frontage requirenents are granted to Lots <br />1, 3, 4, 8, 9, and 10, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 2. <br /> <br />3. That Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 3 and Lots 4 and 5, Block 1 are filled <br />to create buildable lots. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the follCMing voted against the same: <br /> <br />42 <br />
