councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #88-____ RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEWER AND WATER EXTENSIONS FOR ANDERSON-CARSON DEVELOPMENTS (Improvement Project 88- 10) WHEREAS, pursuant to a development agreement with Anderson and Carson a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to the extension of sanitary sewer and water sewer to the proposed Anderson-Carson developments in section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey city Council on June 14, 1988, which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property cost): Estimated Annual Assessment per unit $ $ $ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey city Council will consider the sewer and water improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of July, 1988, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilme~~er and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City council this the 14th day of June, 1988. ~
