Consent# <br />ADOPT RESOULTION #06- 08 -XXX APPROVING A PERMIT APPLICATION FOR <br />TWIN CITIES NORTH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO OPERATE A FUND <br />RAISING RAFFLE AT THE LINKS OF NORTHFORK GOLF COURSE <br />By: Diana Lund, Finance Officer <br />The attached application is from the Twin Cities North Chamber of Chamber of Commerce to <br />conduct a fundraising raffle at the Links of Northfork Golf Course on September 15, 2006. The <br />Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce meets all of the requirements which allow them to <br />remain exempt from licensing. <br />Approval requires the passing of a resolution by the City approving or denying the request to <br />conduct charitable gambling. <br />• Recommendation: <br />Adopt Resolution #06- 08 -XXX APPROVING A PERMIT APPLICATION FOR TWIN <br />CITIES NORTH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO ALLOW CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT <br />THE LINKS OF NORTHFORK GOLF COURSE <br />
