-186 <br />Upon inquiry, Mr. Olson representing E &G Development, stated that he had no issues with the <br />City Staff review letter pertaining to the preliminary plat review. <br />City Engineer Jankowski noted that there were some modifications requested to the drainage <br />plan and the developer has submitted a conceptual design for the changes. Mr. Jankowski stated <br />that the plan is to abandon the rear yard catch basin on Lot 11, Block 1, Amber Ridge; direct <br />drainage from that lot to the south into Amber Ridge 2 "d Addition drainage system. <br />Kirk Scott — 14581 Argon Street N.W. Stated he has a walkout home and he is planning on <br />adding a retaining wall and landscaping.
