Before any further development, please <br />address the following issues: <br />Right of Way: <br />• The plat does not adequately identify Trunk Highway 47 right -of -way. The final plat should identify <br />the right of way by reference to the appropriate plat(s) and in place monuments. All government <br />section lines that determine the plat boundaries should also be shown: Please direct questions <br />concerning these issues to James Fenske (763- 797 -3109) in Mn/DOT's Right of Way section. <br />Water Resources Engineering: <br />• A drainage /access permit will be required. The proposed construction will need to maintain existing <br />drainage rates to Mn/DOT right -of -way. Please provide the following: <br />1) A grading plan of the existing & proposed project. <br />2) Drainage area maps for the proposed project showing both existing and proposed drainage areas <br />and flows (with flow arrows) <br />3) Hydrologic, and hydraulic computations/modeling before and after proposed reconstructions (ie., <br />Hydro -CAD input assumptions, calibration data, results for 10 and 100 year storm events). <br />Please submit any further documentation electronically as Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), and HydroCAD <br />(.hc) files. If plans change, you must resubmit for review. The electronic model and pdf file can be <br />emailed to richard.cady cr,dot.state.mn.us. Please direct questions concerning these issues to Richard <br />Cady (651- 634 -2075) of Mn/DOT's Water Resources section. <br />Permits: <br />• Any use of or work within or affecting Mn/DOT right of way requires a permit. Permit forms are <br />available from MnDOT's utility website at www.dot.state.mn.us /tecsup /utility . PIease include one <br />11 x 17 plan set and one full size plan set with each permit application.
