ORDINANCE #06 - <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R -2 Medium Density <br />Residential to R -1 Residential: <br />Outlot B, AMBER RIDGE, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map ", which map was . adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />SECTION 3.
