-20- <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />The following Council minutes were noted: <br />1) City Council regular meeting minutes dated May 9, 2006 <br />2) City Council regular meeting minutes dated may 23, 2006 <br />3) City Council regular meeting minutes dated June 13, 2006 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS /COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Request For A Preliminary Plat Review Of Amber Ridge 2 Addition; Case <br />of E &G Development, LLC <br />Case #2: Request For A Comprehensive Plan Amendment; Case of E &G <br />Development, LLC <br />Case #3: Request To Rezone Outlot B, Amber Ridge From R -2 Residential to R -1 <br />Residential; case of E &G Development, LLC <br />Public Hearing <br />Chairperson Nixt called the public hearing to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />Presentation: <br />Asst. Community Development Director Frolik stated that E &G Development is seeking a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the land use of Outlot B Amber Ridge from medium <br />to low density residential. If approved, they are requesting a rezoning of the property from R -2 <br />Residential to R -1 Residential. The Preliminary Plat proposes to extend Argon Street south into <br />Outlot B, Amber Ridge and develop 5 single family homes. <br />Citizen Input <br />No verbal or written comments were submitted. <br />Public Hearing Adjournment <br />Motion by Commissioner Levine and seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Van Scoy, Levine, <br />Cleveland, Trites Rolle, Hunt.
