Petition Against Zoning Change <br />The undersigned residents of the city of Ramsey oppose the <br />change in zoning in the area of the proposed development at the <br />corner of ,151S Lane Northwest and County Road 5 /Nowthen <br />Boulevard. We purchased our homes in a single family residential <br />zoning district and we have a right to expect that the city will <br />maintain this zoning. A change in zoning would decrease the value <br />of our homes in addition to damaging the use and enjoyment of <br />our property. In addition the increase in traffic, limited access to <br />our neighborhood, congestion, and added school population would <br />increase our real estate taxes to pay for more schools and <br />additional city services.
