II. 9.20.12 R -2 Residential District, as be amended as follows: <br />Subdivision 1. Intent. The intent of this district is to accommodate <br />multiple dwellings at a density of three (3) to seven (7) dwelling units per acre and multiple <br />dwelling complexes within the 2002 MUSA. All lots created by subdivision located within the <br />2020 MUSA shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses <br />a. Multiple dwelling structures which include duplexes, twinhomes, <br />townhomes, and apartment buildings, containing no.more than 10 units. <br />b. Detached townhomes, including villas or cottage homes. <br />b. Agriculture, excluding the raising of livestock, poultry, and fowl within the <br />MUSA boundary unless compliance with Ramsey City Code Chapter 5 <br />(Animals and Fowl) can be maintained. <br />c. State licensed group homes in accordance with State Statute. <br />d. Licensed home daycares in accordance with State Statute. <br />e. Home occupations as permitted by City Code Section 9.11.04. <br />f. Accessory Uses as permitted by City Code Section 9.11.02. <br />Subd. 3. Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit. <br />a. Religious Institutions. <br />b. Private Dog Kennels. <br />c. Increased accessory structure height/size. <br />
