SECTION 3 SUMMARY <br />This ordinance re- defines townhomes, to specify a definition for attached and detached, and adds <br />setbacks and building separation minimums for detached townhomes. <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #06-07- has been approved by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #06 - to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and <br />Subdivision of Land) Sections 9.02 and 9.20.12 to accommodate detached townhouses in the R -2: <br />Medium Density Residential District. <br />SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to <br />City Charter Section 5.07. <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the , day of , 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Administrator <br />Introduction Date: <br />Posting Dates: <br />Adoption Date: <br />Publication Date: <br />Effective Date: <br />Mayor <br />
