Voting No: None <br />Case #8: Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 9.24 (Tree Preservation) Of The <br />Zoning Code Chapter Of City Code <br />Public Hearing <br />Chairperson Nixt called the public hearing to order at 10:29 p.m. <br />Presentation: <br />Assistant Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik stated that the two major changes to <br />the Tree Preservation code a size threshold for trees that developers must include in their <br />inventories, and only requiring trees within developable areas to be inventoried. The other items <br />are basically `housekeeping'. <br />Citizen Input <br />There were no verbal or written comments submitted. <br />Public Hearing Adjournment <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy and seconded by Commissioner Brauer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried.
