SECTION 3 SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #06 -_ has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance: <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #06 -_ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 <br />(Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to add Section 9.20.28, establishing the B -3 Business <br />Zoning District. <br />SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the — day of , 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Administrator <br />12. Lighting. A Lighting Plan shall be included as part of the Master Plan <br />submittal. Lighting must be used to illuminate off - street parking areas, <br />signs, structures, and pedestrian walkways. The scale of lighting <br />fixtures must be appropriate to the scale of what is proposed to be <br />lighted. Fixtures must be arranged so that the bulb is not visible from <br />outside the area proposed to be lighted by that fixture. <br />13. Signs. A Sign Plan shall be included as part of the Master Plan <br />submittal.
