STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF ANOKA vs. City of Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation Petitioner, Terry K. Lamont and Mary L. Lamont, husband and wife, as joint tenants; Target Corporation Credit Union, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; Otto S. Aadland; Milton E. Weichelt and Delores J. Oien, as joint tenants; and County of Anoka, Respondents, This Settlement Agreement (Agreement) is made this day of 2006 by and between City of Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation (City) and Randy S. Oien and Cynthia A. Oien (Oiens). WHEREAS, the Oiens are joint tenants and fee owners of that certain real property located in the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota and legally described as follows to wit: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence southerly along the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 495.59 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be herein described; thence continuing Southerly on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 165.19 feet; thence Easterly on a straight line to a point on the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 659.64 feet South of the North line DISTRICT COURT TENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT FILE NO.
