Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Jim Lasher, LSA Designs Inc. <br />C '1 <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey Town Center Work Session to order at <br />4:07 p.m. <br />TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />City Administrator Jim Norman explained to Council the staff work that has been done on the <br />billable time charged against Ramsey Town Center (RTC). Staff is in the process of reviewing <br />questions by RTC representatives and will be making a response within the next week. <br />1) Ramsey Office Plaza <br />Town Center Work Session /June 27, 2006 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />The Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon noted that the Ramsey Office Plaza <br />project had been discussed during a Town Center work session held on May 30, 2006. It had <br />been noted that the property is currently zoned TC -1, which expressively prohibits drive - thrus. <br />The owner of Ramsey Office Plaza had requested a conditional use permit for a drive -thru; <br />however, the Council indicated their opposition to the drive -thru during the May 30 work <br />session. <br />Jim Deal, the owner of Ramsey Office Plaza, was on hand to formally request the Council <br />reconsider their opposition to the use of a drive -thru. <br />—37— <br />
