Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />PRESENTATION OF BADGES TO NEW FIRE FIGHTERS <br />Fire Chief Kapler introduced the City's new fire fighters that have finished their first year's <br />training. He stated the City's two goals that have been met with the addition of these fire <br />fighters is to add highly qualified fire fighters to Fire Department and to add to the Fire <br />Department Staff on the east side of the City. <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt a resolution ending the <br />probationary periods and granting status as paid on -call fire fighters on the following dates: <br />July 20, 2006 <br />July 20, 2006 <br />July 20, 2006 <br />July 20, 2006 <br />August 10, 2006 <br />City Council / July 11, 2006 <br />Page 2 of 13 <br />
