Voting No: None. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Request for Final Plat Approval of Sweetbay Ridge; Case of Oakwood Land <br />Development <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated Oakwood Land Development has applied <br />for final plat approval of the first phase of Sweetbay Ridge. The plat consists of 68 single family <br />lots that will be serviced with municipal water and sanitary sewer. Mr. Trudgeon reviewed that <br />on August 23, 2005, Oakwood Land Development received preliminary plat approval to create <br />158 single family lots on 102 acres generally known as the St. Anthony Gun Club, located on the <br />east side of Variolite Street. The preliminary plat approval was contingent upon the following: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter of August 2, 2005 <br />b) Resolution of trail alignment with City Staff and DNR <br />c) Obtaining a variance to front yard setback requirements on certain lots <br />d) Obtaining a Certificate of Completion from MPCA for site clean-up prior to <br />applying for final plat approval <br />e) Installation of a fire hydrant on the developer side of the property line when <br />the water utility is stubbed <br />City Council / July 25, 2006 <br />Page 4 of 20 <br />
