Times should be posted at each park. Other parks may be closed earlier, unless designated by the specified authority or Police Department. Motion by Commissioner Shumway to accept the ruls with changes, seconded by Commissioner Hetland. Motion carried. Case #2: Rea.ppoint Commission t1embers Motion by Comnussioner Hetland, seconded by Commissioner Shumway, to reappoint Janiqe Johnson, William Rustad and Jill Prall. Motion carried. Case #31 Review pr')p~sed sl~etch plan regarding park dedication requirements; case of v~. John Rambosek, Mr. Dale Voltin and Mr. Dave Schulte. Merland Otto noted there are two possible identified trail corridors on the Rambosek site. If the Commission does not take the land now, they r~y never acquire it" However, it may sit for ~.everal years before a trail is developed. Otto said they can probably acquire 100-120~ across the width of the property. Commissioner Shumwa.y would like to knoH the number of acres before making a decision. Motion by Commissioner ~etland to accept property, seconded by Commissioner Shumway, amended to include further discussion and walking the property and knowing exact acreage. Motion carried.
