John Rambosek, Mr. Dale Voltin and Mr. Dave Schulte. <br /> <br />Merland Otto noted there are two possible identified trail corridors on the <br />Rambosek site. If the Commission does not take the land now, they r~y never <br />acquire it" However, it may sit for ~.everal years before a trail is developed. <br />Otto said they can probably acquire 100-120~ across the width of the property. <br />Commissioner Shumwa.y would like to knoH the number of acres before making a <br />decision. Motion by Commissioner ~etland to accept property, seconded by <br />Commissioner Shumway, amended to include further discussion and walking the <br />property and knowing exact acreage. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Ca.se #41 Informa.tion Items <br /> <br />Information items were noted. !'lerland Otto noted the purchase of the temporary <br />warming house is contingent on every~hing being in working order.
