<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice"ishereby given that the City <br />of Ramsey Planning Commission will <br />hold a public hearing on Monday, July <br />10, 2006, immediately following the <br />7:00 p.m. Board of Adjustment meeting <br />at Ramsey Fire Station #1, 15050 Arm- <br />strong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN <br />55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to con- <br />sider amendments to Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land), amending Sec- <br />tion 9.04 (Definitions) and 9.20.11 (R-2 <br />Medium Density Residential) to make <br />provisions for detached town homes, of <br />the Ramsey City Code. <br />All interested persons are invited to <br />attend the hearing and comment on the <br />proposed amendments. The City of <br />Ramsey complies with the Americans <br />with Disabilities Act and upon advance <br />request, information will be provided in <br />an alternative form and interpreters will <br />be available. Any person with such a <br />request should contact joAnn Shaw at <br />763-427-1410 by noon on Friday, June <br />30, 2006.
