<br />SECTION 3 SUMMARY <br /> <br />This ordinance re-defines townhomes, to specify a definition for attached and detached, and adds <br />setbacks and building separation minimums for detached townhomes. <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #06-24 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #06-24 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and <br />Subdivision of Land) Sections 9.02 and 9.20.12 to accommodate detached townhouses in the R-2: <br />Medium Density Residential District. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to <br />City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the 8th day of August, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br />Q~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Introduction Date: July 25, 2006 <br />Posting Dates: July 25 - August 9, 2006 <br />Adoption Date: August 8, 2006 <br />Publication Date: August 11,2006. <br />Effective Date: September 11, 2006 <br />
