<br />. Clarify that only developable areas are required to be included in the tree inventory. <br />. Require that the tree preservation plan be ovedayed on the grading plan. <br />. Clarify that the replacement requirements of the Tree Preservation Tree Density Standard <br />Calculation in multi-family developments require trees to be replaced on a one to one <br />basis if more than sixty percent (60%) of the DBH inches are removed from the site for <br />construction purposes. <br />. Allow SAF Certified Foresters, in addition to ISA Certified Arborists, to perform tree <br />inventories. <br />. Eliminate the definitions of 'boulevard', which is defined in the general definitions <br />section of Chapter 9, and 'zoning buffer', which is synonymous with density <br />transitioning, and add a definition of SAF Certified Forester. <br />. Eliminate the requirement of biodegradable tree tubes for new plantings. <br />. Eliminate language concerning a developer's responsibility to maintain trees for one year <br />after installation. <br />. Reference the vision clearance triangle rather than specifying a planting distance from <br />intersections. <br />.
