Stat. 410.05, the followinq 1s an annual <br />report reflectinq the activities of the City of Ramsey Charter <br />Commission during 1992. <br /> <br />The commission met on the followin9~dates: <br /> <br />During the past year, the Commission reviewed the charter with the <br />goal of making its lanquaqe easier to read and more understandable. <br />To that end, the Charter Commission presented to the city Council <br />a complete revision of Chapter 8 of the Charter which is its Public <br />Improvement Chapter.
