<br />CASE #5 <br /> <br />ALPINE PARK DEVELOPMENT UPDATE <br />By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The purpose of this case is to update the Commission on Alpine Parks development schedule. <br />On Friday, September 5, 1997, bids will be opened for the grading, paving, ballfield <br />construction, and irrigation. Following receipt of these bids, Council will be requested to award <br />the bids for immediate construction at the September 9, 1997 meeting. <br /> <br />Also following the receipt of the bid amounts, a revised budget and phasing plan may be in <br />order.
