He <br />commented this is reflective of Ramsey. <br /> <br />;',,-, <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted page 77, "Attendees were all sworn in" (referring to those present at <br />a public hearing). He added he didn't know this type of situation would be successful in Ramsey. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen inquired about the a lawsuit transpiring in Andover. The lawsuit is related to <br />construction of a convenience store/gas station which was approved approximately one year prior <br />to its construction. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted page 89, ''Nudist Camps Spread Their Wings." He suggested <br />consideration of amending City ordinance to classify nudist camps as Adult Uses. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holland confirmed the Casey's convenience store/gas station under construction would <br />have brick exterior, per Commission approval. <br /> <br />Commissioners Holland and Jensen inquired about the statuses on Burger King and Landmark Bank. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen questioned whether a Commission representative was designated to attend the <br />next Council meeting. Chairperson Bawden responded Staff is being relied upon to keep the <br />Commission informed of any pertinent issues or items of business. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik inquired about additional Commission members--other than Chairperson Bawden and <br />Commissioner Deemer--desiring to attend an in service titled, City Hall, The Developer and The <br />Environment, sponsored by the MN Planning Association & City of Otsego which will be held on <br />May 8, 1997. Commissioner Terry will consider attending. <br /> <br />A Special Meeting will be held on Monday, April 21, 1997, at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall to discuss a <br />special conditional use permit for Super Bowl which is related to relocation of sand courts. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Jensen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Jensen, Deemer, Terry, and <br />Holland. Voting No: None.
