Construction of an ultimate 4-lane undivided section with auxiliary right and left lanes and <br />traffic control signals at the major intersections: <br />. Each intersection shall have left turn lanes and should have right turn lanes. <br /> <br />The specific improvements proposed along TH #47, in the immediate proximity of the Apple Ridge <br />subdivision by the "TH #47 Access and Corridor Study" are as follows: <br /> <br />· Short Range Improvements (1997-1998) <br />- Install southbound continuous bypass lane at Boy Scout Camp Road <br />· Medium Range Improvements (1999-2003) <br />- None proposed <br />· Long Range Improvements (2004-2015) <br />- Add left turn lanes and install temporary traffic control signals at 157th Avenue <br />intersection <br />· Ultimate Improvements (After 2015) <br />- Construct ultimate 4 lane undivided roadway section with auxiliary turn lanes and <br />permanent traffic controls at 157th Avenue and auxiliary turn lanes at other remaining <br />intersections. <br /> <br />The uTH #47 Access and Corridor Study" does not identify any existing horizontal or vertical curve <br />deficience between 153rd Avenue and 160th Lane. <br /> <br />Recent traffic volume counts along CSAH #5, as obtained from the Anoka County Highway Departments, <br />included the following: <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />2 <br />
