He is looking at buying a section of Town Center and would like to review costs. <br />There was a discussion about meeting with a Chinese business representative for lunch on <br />Monday. <br />Councilmember Strommen left the meeting at 7:36 p.m. <br />2) Municipal Center Streetscape <br />City Administrator Norman stated the costs of the Municipal Center streetscape could be billed <br />through an escrow.
