The intent of this district is to <br />protect and establish development standards for lands adjacent to <br />the Rum River. <br />located within Scenic Rivers areas and are subject to additional <br />rcgulati ns as specified in 50.23. <br />d. Floodplain Overlay District. The intent of this district is to <br />establish regulations designed to promote the public health, <br />safety. and general welfare by minimizing flood losses. <br />:Floodplain Rcgulations. Certain areas in all may be located. <br />within—designated floodplains and are subject to additional <br />regulations as specified in §9.22.. <br />e. Tower Overlay District. The intent of this district is to <br />accommodate the communication needs of residents and <br />business. while protecting the public health, safety, and general <br />welfare of the community. <br />f. Official Map Overlay District. The intent of this district is to <br />identify areas of the City that have been officially .mapped. as <br />defined in Section 9.20.32. <br />
