A. Basic Billing Services <br />(1) Basic Billing Services defined. The term "Basic Billing Services" shall be <br />defined to include: <br />(a) Entering new City customers onto Connexus records. <br />(b) Transferring existing City customers onto Connexus records. <br />(c) Producing billing statements. <br />(d) Mailing of the billing statements, including postage. <br />(e) Responding to customer billing questions. <br />(f) Remitting revenues collected on behalf of the City, to the City on a timely <br />basis. <br />(g) Assessing late payment fees to accounts with a past -due balance, if <br />requested. <br />Basic Billing Services do not include entry of historical data. <br />(2) Set -Up Charges: <br />(a) Subscription Fee (one -time charge on new accounts): <br />Connexus Member <br />Non- Connexus Member <br />(b) Customer Transfer (one -time charge for transfers).
