Work Session to order at 6:26 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was amended to remove Case No. 3 <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Updates on New Municipal Center Construction Schedule & FFE Package <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson provided an update on the FFE package for the Municipal <br />Center. She indicated the current cost for all furniture and fixtures in the building is at $566 ,000. <br />A budget line item was included for FFE of $756,000, as well as a design fee of $56,000. There <br />will likely be an additional $100,000 in the FFE budget when the Municipal Center is complete. <br />An item has been placed on the Consent Agenda of the Council meeting to authorize a 50% <br />deposit on the furniture and fixtures. <br />2) Additional Mechanical Screening for Roof of New Municipal Center <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson indicated it was staffs belief that all mechanical equipment <br />would be screened on the roof of the new Municipal Center.
