Option 3 <br />Completely demolish existing building. A new fire station would be built on the designated site. <br />With this option, the existing building would have to be used until the new structure was ready <br />for occupation. <br />Total project cost estimated at $2,400,000; 5 year projection cost of $2,400,000. <br />Consensus of the Council was to further discuss the building audit and options at a future work <br />session. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Attorney Goodrich discussed negotiations with the Council regarding the easement <br />purchase of the McKusick property for the Northwest Sanitary Sewer Project. <br />Consensus of the Council was to include the negotiation discussion of the easement on the <br />McKusick property on the August 14, 2006 work session agenda. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 7:00 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />James E.
