Ifthe meeting cannot be scheduled until <br />after the new year, Councilmember Peterson will take Mayor <br />Gilbertson's place on the Committee. Schedule such meeting. <br />Meeting was held with Hardin. <br /> <br />12/13/94 Christmas Tree Lot signs were discussed. The Council talked <br />about having the Planning Commission review the sign ordinance <br />as it relates to seasonal, etc. As discussion ensued, it appeared <br />the consensus of the Council was that this would be a good <br />discussion for the workshop. Councilmember Zimmerman stated <br />he felt that with regard to Christmas Tree farms, the signs should <br />pertain more to the directional rather than to the price of the trees. <br /> <br />5/9/95 Councilmember Peterson requested information on why it's <br />600' for cul-de-sac length - From a planning standpoint - <br />should we keep it at that - what's the reason for it He would <br />also like input from public works people and emergency <br />people. <br /> <br />11/9/95 The Planning Commission was directed to perform an overall <br />review of Chapter 9 of the City Code since they are presently <br />dealing with two sections in that chapter. If the Planning <br />Commission feels any major revisions are necessary, they are to <br />return to City Council for discussion. <br /> <br />4/9/96 Council approved the site plan for the expansion to Alloy <br />Recovery Company contingent upon the applicant entering into <br />a development agreement with the City, submittal of a <br />landscape/screening plan and modifying the site plan to provide <br />B-612 concrete curbing around the perimeter of bituminous <br />from the front of the building to the front property line. Council <br />agreed that the release of the financial guarantee until the <br />curbing and pavement is installed and that the landscaping and <br />screening has been worked out. Execute development <br />agreement. <br />
