Access Permit is required for mininglhauling operations of this magnitude <br />when a direct access to the county system is used. Permit requirements will include, but <br />not be limited to: <br /> <br />1) Intersection Sight Distance Requirements will need to be satisfied at the <br />haul road access. <br />2) Traffic control requirements will need to be met as determined by this <br />department. <br />3) Clean up operations, as defined by this department, will need to be <br />implemented. <br />4) Culvert and Slope requirements will need to be met at access location. <br />5) Restoration of County Right of Way following completion of project. <br /> <br />Anoka County Highway Departinent will review any proposed haul road access location <br />for this site when submitted.
