<br />! ' <br /> <br />Planning Commission recessed the public hearing and tabled action on the application <br />until July 1, 1997. <br /> <br />11. That the Applicant has submitted an undated six-sheet set of grading plans. <br /> <br />12. That the Applicant is proposing to mine an area of 40.1 acres to a mean depth of 12 feet. <br />Chapter 4410 of the Minnesota Rules of 1995 requires a mandatory Environmental <br />Assessment Worksheet (EA W) for projects of this nature covering 40 or more acres, <br />excavated to a mean depth of ten or more feet. <br /> <br />13. That the Applicant states that the amount of fill exported from the Subject Property will <br />be approximately 100,000 yards. <br /> <br />14. That a portion of the proposed grading area is in the shoreland district of Sunfish Lake <br />which extends 1,000 feet from the ordinary high water (ohw) elevation. <br /> <br />15. That the Applicant has stated that the proposed haul route for incoming and outgoing <br />trucks will be from Sunfish Lake Blvd. at a point approximately 300 feet south of the <br />northern end of Sunfish Lake. <br /> <br />16. That no fill materials, except topsoil for restoration, are proposed to be imported to the <br />site. <br />17. That no blasting will be employed in the grading activity. <br /> <br />18. That the existing drainage patterns will/will not be substantially altered by the proposed <br />grading plan. <br /> <br />19. That the grading plan proposes to install silt fence and a sump trench to control erosion <br />along the perimeter of the wetland. <br /> <br />20. That the grading operation will/will not increase the traffic to and from the subject <br />property for the period of time the permit is in effect. <br /> <br />21. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />22. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />23. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />24. That the proposed use will/will not be a substantial improvement to property in the <br />immediate vicinity and to the community as a whole. <br /> <br />A-4 <br />
