<br />P, <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-07-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_ AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR AN <br />OVERAGE IN GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-07-_ adopting Findings <br />of Fact # _ for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subj ect to the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On July _, 1997, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Gary and Linda Grinde ("Permit Holder") for an overage in garage and accessory building space on <br />the property generally known as 5655 148th Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The East 171. 00 feet of the West 343.74 feet of all that part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point being the intersection of the North line of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter with the center line of County Road No.5, also <br />known as Nowthen Road [Boulevard], said point being 440.00 feet West of the Northeast <br />comer of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence West on said North line of <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 507.00 feet; thence South at right <br />angles 228.00 feet; thence East and parallel with said North line of Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter a distance of 640.20 feet to said center line of County Road No.5; thence <br />North 30 degrees 15 minutes West 265.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1.
