<br />That part of said Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, Anoka County, Minnesota, as <br />follows: Commencing at a point on the southerly right of way line of Trunk Highway <br />No. 10 which point is distant Southeasterly from the intersection of said Southerly right <br />of way line with the West line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, <br />Range 25, 154.4 feet; and proceeding thence Southeasterly on said Southerly line for a <br />distance of 90 feet; and proceeding thence Southwesterly and at right angles to said <br />Southerly line for a distance of 140 feet and proceeding thence West and perpendicular to <br />the West line of said Northwest Quarter for a distance of 90 feet, and proceeding thence <br />in a straight line and in a Northerly direction to the point of commencement, <br /> <br />and except <br /> <br />That part of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, lying south of the following described <br />line: Commencing on the West line of said Lot 1 at a point 330.00 feet South of the <br />Northwest comer of said Lot 1, thence East at right angles to said west line a distance of <br />189.2 feet to the East line of said Lot 1. <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The sign surface area of the ground sign located on the Subject Property shall not exceed 125 <br />square feet in size. <br /> <br />2. The addition of the reader board to the existing ground sign shall require a sign permit from <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />3. The reader board shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with Section <br />9 .12 (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permit Holders shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />5.
