6. That in 1995, the Applicant stated that the purpose of the temporary structure was to provide additional office space while asse~sing space needs and preparing a site plan to develop the site as a permanent location for the Applicant. 7. That the Applicant now states that their sales volume is not at the desired volume and at this point in time it is premature to commit to developing additional permanent office space on the Subject property and consequently, the Applicant has renewed their lease with the fee title owner. 8. That the Applicant is requesting the use of the temporary structure for another two (2) year period. 9. That utilization of a temporary structures is not an established permitted use in any zone in the City of Ramsey. 10. That the City has granted similar permits in the past. 11. That the proposed temporary structure will/will not increase traffic to or from the subject property. 12. That the proposed temporary structure will/will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or working in the area. 13. That the proposed temporary structure will/will not impair the use of surrounding properties. 14. That the proposed temporary structure will/will not be maintained so as to be appropriate in appearance with the character of the general area. 15. That the proposed temporary structure will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to neighboring uses. 16. That the proposed temporary structure will/will not be adequately served by essential public facilities and services.
