<br />I. <br /> <br />The facility is proposed to be 3,838 square feet in size. The proposed project meets City Code <br />requirements for lot coverage, setbacks, number and design of off-street parking spaces, <br />landscaping, and screened waste enclosure. <br /> <br />The exterior walls are proposed to consist of a combination of brick and some masonite siding. <br />City Code requires exterior walls to be 100% natural or prefabricated brick or stone unless <br />otherwise approved by City Council.
