Bookstore has <br />been notified. <br /> <br />4/7/97 Commissioner Deemer suggested consideration of amending <br />City Ordinance to classify nudist camps as Adult Uses. <br /> <br />4/22/97 Council tabled Mr. William's request to rezone property at the <br />request of Mr. Williams. He has asked that it be tabled until after <br />July 15, 1997. <br /> <br />3/25/97 Council approved the site plan for Sunfish Pond contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff review letter dated February 27, 1997. <br />Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />6/10/97 Council granted final plat approval to AEC Energy Park 3rd Addition <br />contingent upon the developer entering into a development agreement <br />with the City and compliance with the City Staff letter dated June 3, <br />1997. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />6/10/97 Council approved the proposed site plan and development permit for <br />Dakota Development contingent upon compliance with the AEC <br />Energy Park covenants and the City staff Review Letter dated May <br />29, 1997. Execute development agreement. <br /> <br />5/27/97 Council approved the proposed site plan and development permit for <br />KCI, Inc., contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review <br />Letter, dated April 25, 1997.
