<br />" - <br /> <br />w _ <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-10-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TER.t\1S OF PERMIT TO <br />HAVE A METAL ACCESSORY BUILDING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-10-_ adopting Findings <br />of Fact #_ for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On October -' 1997, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Scott and Lori Jones ("Permittee") to have a metal accessory building on the property <br />generally known as 16000 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Block 7, Hall Anderson Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions ofthis permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 936 square foot accessory building <br />with a metal exterior facing fInish that is color compatible with the principal structure on the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the accessory building. <br /> <br />3. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the <br />necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />~ <br />
