<br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />9/2/97 Attach letter from Carole and Tim Doyle of 8833-181st Avenue, <br />into the record of the public hearing for John Enstrom's request <br />for a CUP. <br /> <br />9/2/97 Regarding Barbara Nelson's request for a Home Occupation <br />Permit - The Planning Commission recommended adopting the <br />findings of fact with the following amendments: #12 to read "will <br />not adversely impact traffic in the area." Amend #13 to #18 in the <br />affirmative. The Planning Commission also recommended <br />approval of the Home Occupation Permit. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />9/2/97 The Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />proposed site plan for Consulting Management Construction, Inc. <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter dated <br />August 27, 1997, and the Business Park 95 covenants as reviewed <br />by the Architectural Review Board. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />9/2/97 The sketch plan review and rezoning request from Rademacher <br />Companies, Inc. was tabled upon applicant's request until the <br />regular October meeting; place on the agenda for October. <br /> <br />9/2/97 Regarding Good Value Home's request for a CUP to grade and <br />export soils from the proposed plat of Apple Ridge - The Planning <br />Commission recommended adoption of the findings of fact with <br />the following amendments: Insert the revision date in #3; indicate <br />T.H. #47 as the haul route in #6; delete #9; amend #10 thru #16 in <br />the affirmative; add a finding to read "That during this entire <br />process including grading, mining, and installation of sewer and <br />water, none of the construction equipment or personnel will access <br />the site by way of the west, but will utilize T .H. #47." The <br />Planning Commission also recommended approval of the CUP <br />with terms as proposed. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />9/2/97 Regarding John Enstrom's request for a CUP to grade and export <br />soils - The Planning Commission recommended adoption of the <br />findings of fact in the affirmative with amendment to #19 to <br />include "That this is directly in conflict with City Ordinance <br />9.11.18(c)(b)." The Planning Commission also recommended <br />issuance of the CUP contingent on resolution of Findings of Fact <br />#19 and compliance with the City Staff revIew letter dated August <br />28, 1997.
