Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />11/4/97 Kuemper CUP to construct accessory building prior to principal: <br />Modify permit to read "There is an existing non-conforming <br />structure on the Subject Property, and this permit shall not allow <br />the existing and additional accessory buildings' total square <br />footage to exceed 2,454 square feet." Also amend the. permit to <br />require that the building be designed with soffit, fascia and eaves. <br />The Planning Commission recommended City Council approve <br />Judy Kuemper's request for a CUP for an accessory building on a <br />lot prior to the principal building, and declare terms as amended. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />11/4/97 The Planning Commission recommended approval of the site plan <br />for Don Nordvik at 8020 - 147th Avenue NW.
