<br />Site Plan Review: CMCIWolf <br />Page 3 of3 <br />August 27, 1997 <br /> <br />Architectural Standards: The one-story building does not exceed the 35-foot height limit. The <br />exterior walls are proposed to consist of a combination of common, single score, burnished and <br />rock face block, which is in accordance with City Code and the Business Park 95 covenants. <br /> <br />Lighting Plan: The site plan identifies exterior lighting fixtures and the detailed specifications <br />have been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Mechanical Equipment: It is noted that the Business Park 95 covenants requires that <br />mechanical equipment located on a roof top may be painted to be compatible with the building if <br />expressly allowed by the Architectural Review Board. Any mechanical equipment placed <br />elsewhere on this site must be screened so as not to be visible from the public street and the <br />screening shall be aesthetically incorporated into the design of the building and constructed of <br />materials compatible with those of the building. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Tuesday, <br />September 2, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. It is suggested that you or your representative be present at the <br />meeting to answer any questions that may arise. Staff will also be scheduling a meeting of the <br />Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board to review the site plan for conformance with the <br />covenants. You will be notified of the date and time as soon as it is set. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the case cover sheet.
