<br />~ <br /> <br />16. All costs incurred by the City in executing and administering this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the permit holder. The permit holder shall maintain a minimum Five <br />Hundred Dollar ($500.00) balance in an escrow account with the City. This escrow shall be <br />used to reimburse the City for expenses incurred in the administration of this permit. At the <br />time the mining operation and site restoration are completed to the satisfaction of the City, <br />the balance of the escrow shall be returned to the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />17. All grading operations shall be conducted between 7:00 a.m. and 8 p.m. on weekdays only <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Administrator and/or his designee. <br /> <br />18. The amount of dust or other particulate matter caused by the mining operation shall not <br />exceed the standards established by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. No operation <br />shall be allowed when wind gust exceed 30 miles per hour. <br /> <br />19. All operations shall comply with all applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />regulations and Federal and Environmental Protection Agency regulations for the protection <br />of water quality. <br /> <br />. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same <br /> <br />and the following abstained <br /> <br />and the following were absent <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the _ day of , 1997. <br /> <br />Good Value Homes, Inc. hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed the <br />conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />s1 <br />
