<br />! <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-09-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_ AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-09-_ adopting <br />Findings of Fact #_ for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the <br />following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1997 a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of <br />Ramsey ("City") to John Enstrom ("Permit Holder") for grading operations on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />EXCEPT All that part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the <br />North line of said Northwest Quarter distant 978.0 feet East from the Northwest comer of <br />said Section 5; thence East along said North line a distance of 700 feet; thence South at right <br />angles to said North line a distance of 1245 feet; thence West at right angles to last course a <br />distance of 700 feet; thence North at right angles to last course a distance of 1245 feet to <br />point of commencement. <br /> <br />EXCEPT The West 300 feet of the North 1452.0 feet of the West Half of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />EXCEPT All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a <br />point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter distant 978.0 feet East from the Northwest <br />comer of said Section 5; thence West along said North line a distance of 163 feet; thence <br />South at right angles to said North line a distance of 1245 feet; thence East at right angles to <br />last course a distance of 163 feet; thence North at right angles to last course a distance of <br />1245 feet to the point of commencement.
